Arkane president Raphael Colantonio released some riveting new details about the upcoming Prey, in a new video by Bethesda.
He urges fans to view the new title as a, "re-imagining" of the series, rather than a remake or sequel. Colantonio describes the game as a "hybrid" between narrative, 1st person action and RPG elements. He stated that weapons aren't the be all and end all. The player will be utilizing tech, and powers that can be acquired through alien contact.
The game will place you inside the mind of Morgan, whom the player can determine the gender of. The player will then experience what Arkane are calling, a psychological thriller of the mind, rather than a horror title.
