Hi everyone!
I am really excited to share how it was to be part of an ATP staff team.
Tournament: Champions Tour & Challenger Tour
Site: Club Alpino Chipinque in Monterrey, Mexico
Date: 08/10/16 - 15/10/16
I always wanted (still do) to work for the ATP so when I knew I was going to be in Mexico for a while, I decided to apply for the Tennis Open in Monterrey.
So it started with an email with my CV sent to email i found on their website, hoping for them to notice. After a month and 3 interviews I finally became part of their logistics team for 2 weeks (the week before the tournament and the week of the tournament).
As part of the logistics team, I was responsible for the players transportation. I had so much fun working with all these great people and very passionate about their job. The atmosphere of the tournament was really special, learned so much.
I might not had the opportunity to watch a complete match but I met all of the players outside the court and hang out, which made my every day not so ordinary!
I thank God for making my dream job come true and everyone involve in the tournament for an unbelievable experience!
Success doesn't just come and find you, you have to go out and get it.
