I have been reading more from The Minimalist guys and decided to kick start my minimalism journey I would attempt their 21 day challenge. So here we go.
I must drink more water and tea.
I must do yoga everyday.
I must meditate everyday.
I must make more time for family.
I must surround myself with more positivity.
I must be less work focused.
I must read more.
I must let go.
