Hello to all who maybe reading this blog.


       Its been a long time since I have posted on here but I have been under the weather lately with health issues and also was dealing with some brain fog and I just couldn't concentrate long enough to get an interesting thought to blog about bu now I have a few things I want to do and plan on doing... 

First things first is to start working on my health which is what this blog is about. Me getting back to life and living life and not letting life live passed me... I have been wanting to do this for a long time but my health would always stop me... I will also be doing the 365 days of writing once the New Year starts God spare health and life I will write something here everyday for the entire year as I dive into this weight lost journey. 

Now I will say all post may not have anything to do with healthy living and/or weight lost they will be about all kind of things... and I also have a story that I want to type up and share with you guys but I may do it via another blog and just enclose the link here..

So here is the link to the event that I am doing "24 Weeks of Walking" this is something that I am doing for me to help my health and to kind of save my life for if I keep Not doing anything I Won't be here for as long as I would like to.... I hope you guys join in even if its just for support..
