Hello Beauties,

I did it! I completed day 10 of the 30 day beach body challenge this past Thursday.  It was a bit difficult.  Day 10 consist of 200 crunches and 50 squat jumps.  The beach body challenge focuses on the entire body, which is great, but I really want to do more that targets my pouch.

My cousin mentioned a YouTuber, Glam fun,  who completed a variety of  100 crunches each day for a week!  Her tummy looks just like mine and her results were amazing.  I've decided that I would add more ab work to the 30 day challenge. Here's a link to her video.

After watching her video, I went online to find out the names of the crunches she did in her video and created a list of the ones I will use for this addition to my challenge.  There was one move that she did in the video and I'm not sure of the name.  She describes it as the one that looks weird. It looks like downward facing dog position...if you know what it is called after watching the video please tell me.  For this post, I'll call it downward dog crunch.

Alright, so here is the list! I'll add this to my workout starting Monday.  You can do them in any order you choose.  Note: None of the pictures in this post are mine.  They were all found online.

Starting at the top, left to right:

  • Plank
  • Reverse crunch
  • Bicycle crunch
  • Downward dog crunch
  • Russian Twist
  • Regular crunch
  • Windshield Wipers
  • Vertical leg crunch
  • Leg pull-ins
  • Leg raises

I'm excited to start these and I'm hoping that with the additional ab work, I'll see some major results!
