Hello All!!! How long has it been?!

Just to anyone who may follow or continue to support my articles, i have recently undertaken a different approach in the content i will be supplying in regards to my Strength and Conditioning masters. Therefore posts on this blog in the future will be focused on Bio hacking common fitness myths, creating debates, and many more areas of fitness based coverage ranging on a wide variety of fitness issues and problems that i have encountered during my journey. I look forward to debating some of my own thoughts and things that seem to warrant my attention
