Hey there again!

We just wanted to share today’s lunch with you very quickly. It was a mixture of organic green leaf salad topped with some cucumber, tomato and sunflower seeds.


The vinaigrette was inspired by Italy – and by that we mean with regard to the selection of herbs and a delicious italian olive oil.

Everything was topped with a few slices of avocado – avocado right now is one of our favorite vegetables – if we were to decide right now😛
