And when do you work? Meetings can be thieves of time. Time will be more effective and profitable if we think about:

  • Calculate the cost / time of each participant x number of hours of meeting
  • Is it taken a decision?
  • Has it used for something?

The Area or Department meetings can be organized as formal management ones: 

  • Establish a schedule.
  • Send the issues you would like to speak.
  • The Area Director or Head of Department values and decides the issues.
  • Send in advance the agenda.
  • Write down the agreements.
  • Send the minute and make a follow-up.
