I was downtown the other day and there was an 18 wheeler backing into a store lot to make a delivery.  It was actually quite impressive watching him navigate around traffic, parked cars and the buildings.  The most interesting part of the exercise was across the road.  In the window of a daycare were about half a dozen boys with their faces pressed up against the window watching the driver maneuver his truck.  At that moment, to them, it seemed to be the most important and exciting thing happening in the world.  It would have been impossible to drag them away from that window.

When we see God moving in our lives, or in the lives of others, we should have a similar reaction.  We should be so enthralled by it that nothing can drag us away.

In Acts 3, Peter and John pray for an invalid and he is healed.  In verses 8 and 10 it says, “And he leaping up stood, and walked, ... And all the people saw him walking and praising God: ...and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.”  (KJV)  I can understand the reason for their amazement, but we should not be amazed, instead we should be expecting these things from God every day.
