Hey everybody!!

I did my second workout yesterday and I feel amazing and I got some amazing news too! So I slept okay ish I went to sleep listening to binaural beats and it’s literally so beautiful my friend Lauren suggested it to me and it’s honestly the best. It lasts for 8 hours so it’s long enough to help you sleep, I woke up and fell back to sleep a few times but then I did fall asleep and woke up at 3 pm but my workout made me feel great.

So today I did:

  • 7 minute full body workout
  • 26 press-ups
  • 22 Flutter-kicks
  • 20 second Plank
  • 24 minute running up and down the stairs

I did try to do the whole running up the stairs for 30 minutes but only made it for 24 minutes but I’m still proud of myself, it’s my second day working out and honestly I feel good and I haven’t felt like this for a long time.
