Scientist have a firmly believe that black holes exist.  It is impossible to see one, but because of the effect it has on nearby matter, they are certain they exist.

The first half of Colossians 1:16 tells us “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible.” (KJV)  Notice it says that God created the visible and the invisible.  If it tells us that God created things that we are unable to see, they must exist.  Many choose not to believe in heaven and hell because they cannot see them.  Our inability to see them is no reason to deny their existence.  Many would choose not to believe in angels because they have never seen one.  According to God’s Word, not being able to see them is no reason to feel they do not exist.

If we are going to believe the Word of God then we must be willing to accept the existence of things we cannot see.  We need not just accept His Word, we can know of the invisible things of God because of the effect they have on us and the word around us.
