Recently I went on a family holiday to Bulgaria for a week. I've always enjoyed whenever our summer vacations consist of going somewhere that we have never experienced before!

I would say that Bulgaria is a perfect place to go that will suit the needs of all of the family. About a twenty minute drive from our hotel was Sunny Beach where we saw a huge amount of young children even though Sunny Beach is more well known for its clubs and nightlife! There was also a number of harbours where you can gape at some of the fancy boats and have a drink in really interesting, unique beach bars and picture a life where you were rich!

If you are anything like myself who enjoys going to places that are filled with historical buildings that just look amazing then I highly recommend going to Nessebar. This place is great for any photo taking enthusiast where you can climb on top of old building ruins and have a truly beautiful view of the Black Sea.

As you walk around the 3,000 year old site you will come across little museums and art galleries as well as adorable shops that sell all sorts of cute things such as flower crowns, dream catchers and unique jewellery. We also came across temples both in ruins and well preserved that it is clear to see why Nessebar is on the World Heritage list!

Long story short, I had a lovely week in Bulgaria!
