I love inspirational stories and I really believe that if we all contributed a small grain of sand toward a more positive, kind world in any way we can, we can truly transform our world very quickly. It starts with each and everyone of us. We always have a choice, we can feel powerless and heart broken when we see the tragedy, the wars, the violence, and suffering in our world; or we can empower each other to bring light, inspiration, love, compassion, kindness and generosity to change our lives and the lives of others even in small ways. No effort is too small, and the best part is that it's contagious!

If you receive an inspired little poem (instead of a parking ticket for example) from someone who took the time to create that message of light, love and hope just for you, chances are that you might also feel inclined to doing another random act of kindness in return, and suddenly the domino effect  unfolds... without limits, expanding a never ending wave of love to all humanity, to the animals, and to our whole planet.

Sure, I know,  you only hear the "bad news" all the time as a daily bombardment from the  media (which we know is biased), you only hear about the violence, the wars, the crimes... However, I believe that there is more good going on in the world than we are aware of. Let us ignite, share and expand that good then!

You can make a difference in your own little corner of the world. We have a new year ahead of us, we can start a new chapter for humanity, a new reality. With our consciousness, our intent, our prayers, and our hearts wide opened, let us all take a step in the direction toward kindness and love and let us tip the scales to see the good we all want to see in our world.

Let's keep the spirit of  Goodwill alive each day, not just at Christmas time.
