The other day I was watching TV and like a normal guy, when a commercial came on I clicked around to some of my favourite stations to see what else was on.  I was amazed at how many channels had commercials on at the same time.  Even the sports stations had commercials.  It almost seemed like there was a special light that went on somewhere and all networks had to immediately switch to a commercial so that we poor viewers would have to watch a commercial.

Sometimes when God talks to me I get the same impression.  No matter where I turn, or what I read, I seem to be getting the same message from Him.  It’s as though He is determined for me to hear His message no matter what I try to do.

God’s method, however, is a good thing.  I can be assured that if there is something I need to hear, He will find some way for it to get into my head.  What I need to do, is to pay more attention to Him and listen more carefully.

Many times Jesus said, “He that hath ears to hear, let him hear”.  We need to ensure that when He speaks, we are quick to have ‘ears that hear’.
