Developing Story:  Release of the last batch of JFK assassination files are set to be made public on October 26, 2017, by presidential order by way of U.S. President Donald Trump's administrative directive.

President John F. Kennedy was killed on November 22, 1963. 30 years later, Congress enacted the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992. The Act mandated that all assassination-related material be housed in a single collection in the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).1 Today these remaining classified JFK files are mandated to be released from the national archives to the public.
