After all of the sports craziness, with the Stanley Cup coming to an end and the NBA Championships just wrapping up today, I thought of an idea.  It is an idea that will take me on another adventure.  California is one of the hot spots for great sports.

Hockey: We have the San Jose Sharks who just made history and went to the Stanley Cup Finals.  Although they didn’t clinch that series, they had an outstanding series.  We also have the Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks who have been victorious in the past.  Along with the NHL teams come the American Hockey League teams which is the minor league (level below NHL) team affiliates. There is the Ontario Reign (LA Kings), San Diego Gulls (Anaheim Ducks), Stockton Heat (Calgary Flames), and Bakersfield Condors (Edmonton Oilers).

Basketball: Obviously everyone has heard of the Golden State Warriors.  Yeah, no big deal, they only broke all of these records and won the 2015 Championship.  Then of course we have the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, and Sacramento Kings as well.  All of these teams have made an imprint in the sport cultural.

Baseball:  There is the San Francisco Giants, Oakland A's, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Angels, and the San Diego Padres.  The Giants are Dodgers are known for their top performing pitchers, rivalry, and stadiums.  AT&T Stadium has one of the best views that no other can compete with and Dodger Stadium is a historic venue for fans to come together to support their favorite team.

NFL: I am going to be honest with you, I don’t know much about football.  But hey! Levi Stadium just hosted Superbowl 50! Oh, and Los Angeles is getting a NFL team again.

These are just a few things I have to say about sports! Sports is a huge passion of mine and I want to share this adventure with you.  I am going to travel California, go to games, see stadiums, and share this journey with you!
