We get upset over the smallest things. We allow ourselves to be niggled by small things that do not matter. We spend precious energy seething because someone did or said something that we choose to be offended by. Get over it! Let it go! It does not matter if someone beeps you in traffic, or someone uses a word you don't like, or if they don't like you. It really does not matter. Why waste emotional energy over something that will not matter in a year or even a week? It sounds too simple. It is simple. We allow this. Step back. Take a big breath and think; "Does this REALLY matter?" Or is this an excuse to vent? Choose not to be offended. If you don't like it; move on. Keep scrolling. Click close. Walk on. But, please, don't use all your energy whining! Choose to take it lightly. Choose not to react. We sometimes need to dig a little deeper. Maybe there is something else going on?
