Not many people know the amount of energy they have and the amount of energy they could spread. You've heard about smiling and laughing being contagious right? Well, it's in fact, true, literally. When you smile good things always tend to happen but it's simply because you're smiling. "Tis the season to be jolly", shouldn't be the only time you should give or be happy but it should be like that all year round. I want to remind everyone to be happy, like in that song, Don't Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin. Whatever the situation that's bringing you down, you shouldn't let it get a hold of you. Always try to hope for the best because your thoughts are stronger than you think and I am going to tell you why.

       Ever heard about the Law of Attraction? If your answer is no, then continue reading and if your answer is yes you should still continue because there is more to it. The Law of Attraction brings to you the ability to carry on positive thoughts and turn it into reality. Just like if you say something enough times, even if it isn't true, you may start to even believe it. Every day you have the capability of turning your thoughts into reality because the image we bring out to the public is what we get back. Think about it, if you start your day bad and you drag that anger behind you, guess what you're gonna' get, well, you're only going to get more bad things to happen. It's almost like karma, the only difference is because it applies to only you, it would bounce back to only you! People don't realize that the experiences they've gone through, whether it's good or bad, has been shaped by only you. 

        It's the start of a new year and here I go with, it's a new year new you baloney but I promise that with following this idea, life can't possibly go wrong. This is just a simple word of advice for a year full of prosperity. We are free to take a hold of our own lives for a reason. We shouldn't dwell on the past, fear the future, worry or think the worse because if we do, negativity is what we're going to get. The Law of attraction is one of the many few concepts that can help you improve your life. It's just like how the law goes, "like attracts like". It's optimism, it's about keeping calm and punching anxiety out the way. Make sure what you want and don't doubt yourself, no matter how hard it gets. Write down your goals and keep saying that it will happen until it happens because it will happen. Don't forget about it and always be grateful for that step closer because it's like they say, "be happy, for the universe is always on your side."
