It is important to draw conclusions after an event. You can use an internal method for evaluating results together instead of individually creating a sense of belonging a team.

  1. Give a survey to each team involved to discuss. The spokesperson writes down answers.
  2. The different teams meet together.
  3. The director’s meeting ask each spokesperson’s team their answers and write down on a board.
  4. Conclusions are comment and evaluate to take into account for the following event.
