Ingredients:

1 can (14 ounce) coconut milk 

1 cup rolled oats

2-3 teaspoons honey

1/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)

1 teaspoon brown sugar

 

Preparation:

Bring coconut milk to a gentle boil over medium-low heat and put in oats and honey. Reduce the heat to low, stirring occasionally and simmer for about 15 min until the milk has mostly been absorbed. 

Add coconut flakes and brown sugar into oatmeal. Cook for about 5 min until flavors are combined.
