This is an interesting little experiment I'm doing from Pam Grout's book, E-Squared.  This experiment (#7 in the book) is called the "Jenny Craig Principle." It begs the question,

"Do our thoughts about our bodies and the food we eat affect our weight and overall health?"

Here's my introduction to the experiment that I'm putting to the test over the next three days. In three days from now I will check back in and report my results.
