A big city with huge population and also there are some historical places that visitors may enjoy. There are many tourists’ spots in Delhi but if anyone is going to explore the Best Places To Visit in Delhi with Friends and wants to make their historical journey memorable and adventurous for the first time there are 5 beautiful Tourist Places I want to suggest that should be on their bucket list. Tremendous India gate At the very first I want to say about the India Gate which is also known as Delhi Gate. I t’s indeed a fascinating place because it is the tallest, ancient and largest war memorial in India that engraved with the name of the soldiers who died in world war; it’s the monument that took 10 years to build. Visitors may know the history in its very depth while visiting. Bluffy Beauty Qutb Minar Secondly I want to suggest visiting the Qutb Minar which is the tallest brick minaret in the world and the second tallest minar in India. Inside this majestic yard there are Quwwatal-Islam-Mosque , Tomb of Alauddin Khilji, Alai Gate, Qutb Iron pillar. Each place, each monument has its own history. Journey to Red Fort A journey to the Red Fort can never be bad so I want to recommend the very beautiful Red Fort which is also known as Lal Kila. Another most amazing and beautiful place in Delhi. This historical place was founded by the 5th Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan located in the center of New Delhi at the bank of the Yamuna River. A historical Lotus Tomb A must visited place for first timers should be the famous Lotus Tomb. It’s a Baha’i house of worship famed for its Lotus flower shape. Located nearest metro station Kalkaji Mandir and it is another great attraction of the city. Every year tourist from different corner of the world visits here and eventually it is the most visited building in the world. Near this monument there are lovely gardens decorated with lofty trees, colorful flowers with short bushes. It’s a good place to spent some quality times with friends, for taking pictures this place is perfect. Busy Fussy Chandni Chawk After completing these historical sites, tourists can visit Delhi’s famous market Chandni Chowk. This market is in the heart of Delhi situated exactly opposite the Red Fort. Chandni Chowk is a very busy shopping area where visitors can find almost everything they want and yes it’s a large market with jewelry, clothes, shoes, street foods, traditional dresses, foods, electronic items and everyday belongings. I think these are some must visited places for the first timers to enjoy and also to get familiar with the cultures and traditions of Delhi.
