But here I am for a quick review of my beloved products that have helped me to make through the cold weather. I love face balms and I generally like to make my own DIY balm concoctions using natural oils, butters and waxes, but so far I got very lazy and at, the same time, I got my hand s of some really interesting products that I want t share with you in this article. First of all, let me tell you that I've very dry skin and, especially during winter time, there are some areas in my face (cheek bones-under eye) that suffers from harsh cold weather, so I need some extra moisture care on these areas. Face Balms are by far the perfect solution to prevent dryness and flaky skin. Here are my 3 favourite products that have helped me to keep dryness at bay. Egyptian Magic All Purpose Cream This is a well-known product that everybody raves about. Finally, my local Sephora stoked this product on the shelves. The composition is full of healing ingredient starting with Olive oil (best moisturizing oil), Beeswax (protective and healing), Honey, Bee Pollen, Propolis and Royal Gelly (all of these hold protective anti-inflammatory characteristics). Among my balms of choice I find that Egyptian Magic is the wettest looking one, so for me is more appropriate as a nighttime treatment when I don't mind to go around the house with an oily -shiny face. Row Shea Butter An Old fave of mine. This by far my trusty mate in dealing with cold weather. I use on my entire face just before makeup (believe me, it is not oily at all) when I feel I need heavy duty protection. I also apply as a nighttime eye cream as it is perfectly tolerated by the epidermis and it provides immediate softness and smoothness. H&M conscious all over balm This is new in my collection but I was love at first use. it's just the most hydrating non-greasy at all balm I've come across. Contains top quality moisturizing oils and moisturizing ingredients like certified organic Sunflower seed oil, Castor seed oil, Jojoba seed oil, Beeswax, Shea butter, Cocoa butter and Rosemary seed extract. It's also a super effective lip balm. Love.
