Everyone only has one thing on their mind during summer.  Can you guess what it is?  Yes! It is beach body.  Summer is lake days or beach days and spending most of your day in a bikini.  Of course everyone wants to look their best for the Insta and the boys.  We all try various of methods, whether it is healthy eating, eating smaller meals, or weird diet pills and superfoods.  I spent many months trying to find what works for me.  Everyone will have different methods. I hit my routine down!  It is a mix of a low carb diet and a secret.  I eat only chicken or fish with a side of vegetables for lunch and dinner.  I like hearty salads with protein, or zucchini spaghetti with a protein.  For breakfast I have avocado toast and a side of fruit.  I do not have the same thing over because it is more efficient to mix it up but it consists of a variety of those things. And the secret ingredient.  It is kind of sour but a table spoon of straight lemon juice before every meal.  The lemon speeds up your metabolism to help process your food better.  From this remedy I have lost 15 pounds in a month. It is the only thing that has worked for me! And my summer body has been thanking this trick!
