Ugh, its so uncomfortable trying to sleep when this alien assassin fibroids, in my body, is swollen. Its been two days and I am still experiencing severe discomfort from the bloating. Last night, I was restless and when I woke at dawn, my tummy was swollen.

It takes a while before I can get up. The leader of the pack, down there, has blocked my bowels, intestines and bladder. I am in pain as my body tries to prepare for it's excretory duty, in the morning. I can feel every mile the gas covers throughout the intestines. This has been a lesser symptom, for years, of having large fibroids.

My arch nemesis, tea, becomes my greatest ally in these times. The dry crackers sit by my bedside, ready to be fed on for most of the morning. At least until my stomach settles down for proper and more filling food. My only comfort, stroking this alien assassin in my tummy and oftentimes pressing on the pressure point in my pelvis to alleviate the pain.
