As a gangly teenager, I struggled with too long arms and legs and blushed at my ever-changing body.

As a young woman, I shared my body with my beloved and my yet to be born child.

My body in mid-life and old age reveals the loss of hormones, the tug of gravity.

Each new struggle to make peace with this body of mine brings me closer to you, my Lord, who never changes. That is reason for hope!

Trust in the Lord forever! For the Lord is an eternal rock.   Isaiah 26:4
