Sometimes, when I want to write, I can't find inspiration. I scour websites for interesting articles I can be influenced by. I try to remember sermons I heard in Shul. I ask accquaintances for advice, I look through my own work, I study the Torah.

But nothing comes.

I think back to what I wrote all those months ago; ''Holiness is all around us'',  I said. Well, why can't I find it, then? Why can't I write about it? Why is my mind whirring yet blank, my keys moving yet not writing? Why, when Hashem has given me a billion things to write about, can I not think of one?

I don't know.

I have so much to say, but I can't seem to think of anything that's ''just right''. Perhaps it's because of Chol haMoed, or perhaps I need to stop waiting for things to be ''just right'' and settle for second-best. Either way, today is one of those days...
