1 teaspoon tumeric

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond milk

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

2 teaspoons honey (or 1/2 banana, mashed, or any other sweetner of choice)

1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

Toppings:

banana slices

chia seeds

frozen berries

passion fruit

splash of almond milk

For the porridge, simply heat all the ingrediants together in a pot until a thick, creamy porridge forms. Transfer to a bowl and add any desired toppings- enjoy!
