I don’t pretend to understand the workings of gravity.  I look at all the planets orbiting the sun and wonder how they can all go around at different speeds, at different distances from the sun and not waver from their paths.  I know gravity and centrifugal force combine to keep them balanced, but considering the number of planets and their changing positions in relation to each other, I marvel at how they can stay orbiting and follow the same path year after year.

One thing I do know is that when I go to sleep at night, I will wake up in the morning with the sun appearing in the east and all the planets are in their prescribed orbit.  God has given each of them a path and they will follow it.

I look at God in a similar fashion.  I look at what He does and I marvel at it.  I don’t pretend to understand all that He does or why He does it.

One thing I do know is that He loves me and when my heart stops and I breathe my last breath, my eyes will close, and in a split second they will reopen and I will see God and heaven in all its glory.
