I made these by pan frying, but grilling out would be fun too. We served them on ciabatta rolls because that's what we hand in the pantry. I realize ciabatta bread doesn't immediately bring Greek images to mind, but how about a regular hamburger bun or pita bread? This burger does not disappoint.


Greek Burgers

For the patties:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup chopped red peppers

1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles

1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

1 Tbsp McCormick Mediterranean Herb Seasoning

1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

For the toppings: Any combo of  Tzatziki Sauce, sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.

Mix all of the ingredients for the patties together in a medium bowl. Divide the meat into four equal portions and form patties.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the patties until cooked through, about 7 minutes on each side.

Serve on bread and use ingredients listed for toppings to finish.
