Hello beauties! 

Today we’re going to talk about healthy habits. Well, you should know that health is definitely the one thing you shouldn’t take for granted. Just because you are healthy today nothing guarantees you  will be tomorrow. So, these few habits will make you realize if you need to change something or tell you that you’re going in the right direction.

Never skip breakfast!

Hungry or not, in the morning everyone needs energy for the day. Black coffee and green tea are great ways too wake you up, but the real energy comes from food. My ultimate choice is oatmeal, I usually prep it with milk and because I don’t add sugar I always put a fruit too keep my urge for sweets under control. 



Water is life

As we all know, we are 50-75% made of water and it should be normal to consume it. A lot. When I started drinking 2l a day, I felt the difference. Let’s say I was stronger, less sleepy, more active and more clear minded. Because this is something you don’t need no money for, you have no excuses. 



Be ambitious



We learnt in psychology that self actualization is at the top of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. By achieving your daily, weekly or monthly goals not only you get things done but you really do feel better about yourself. This, my darlings, means less stress. So be ambitious, know your limits and find ways to conquer your obstacles.
