I realised that I hadn't properly introduced myself, so I thought I would take the time to do just that. Quick side note - I've challenged myself to wear a summer dress into the office every single day this summer. Looking back, this may have been a mistake, given that I live in England and summer is a myth. I'm now sitting, shivering looking out over nothing but grey skies, delightful. So for this little get to know me sesh, I figured that strangers on the internet want to know 50 random and dull facts about me, right? Well, that's what you're getting! I was born on the 10th of April 1992 My middle name is Louise – like so many girls my age (nice and original Mum and Dad) I have never been in love. I thought I had but it turns out it was just dependency and infatuation. I’m terrified of change. As soon as something changes I instantly behave like the world is going to end. No Joke, I cried when I had to buy a different shampoo brand because mine was out of stock.... ok it was wine, I cried when my favourite wine was out of stock. When I walk bare feet, you can hear my toes clicking and cracking with almost every step My favourite colour switches between duck egg blue and dusty pink I’m studying to be a chartered accountant My dream job when I was younger was a Marine Biologist I passed my PADI scuba diving exam when I was 14 I’ve been horse riding since I was 3 years old When I’m nervous I fiddle with the hem of my skirt/top or if all else fails a hairband. Eyes and teeth are the first things I notice on a man. I nervous laugh at very inappropriate times I am 5ft7 and one half When I’m sad, my favourite place to go is to the beach I stopped drinking alcohol during the week in November 2014 I cried when I turned 11 and didn’t get my Hogwarts letter I love the word ‘sassy’ but have no idea why When I’m making fun of my sister, I always tilt my head drastically to the left – neither of us know why. Every Christmas Eve, my parents, sister and I watch a film and eat lots of naughty snacks. It’s my favourite tradition With my closest friends, no topic of conversation is off limits. Salted Caramel Brownies are my major weakness Hisaronu, Turkey is my favourite holiday destination When I was in primary school (year 6 I think) someone convinced me that you could get pregnant from hugging for more than 30 minutes. I am super shy I like my tea strong with a tiny bit of milk. 1 sweetener 1st thing in the morning, none the rest of the day. The best biscuit for dunking in tea is a Rich Tea, hence the name! I love that feeling you get when you proper belly laugh I know all the words to Skepta – Shutdown. It’s my party trick. I love Horror Films, especially based on true events ones. I have to be in control when I plan things. I used to stop myself succeeding by never trying anything. I regret that. Every day I tell myself one thing that I’m grateful for. At my lowest someone asked me who I was to other people, I replied ‘how can I answer that when I don’t even know who I am to myself.’ I am a great believer in Karma I refuse to hold grudges I enjoy a good burp every now and again… because I am clearly a child. I set myself a bedtime every single night, and every night I don’t keep to it. I’m exceptionally awkward. I’ve only ever broken toes, nothing else. I cannot see a thing without my glasses. Just call me Velma. I was obsessed with Sabrina the Teenage Witch at primary school and tried with all my might to ‘magic things’ by pointing at them. – she made it look so easy! I don’t fall into a generic style. Some days I’ll wear pretty dresses and do my makeup, other days its jeans and jumpers, and occasionally its track bottoms and T-shirts. If I get inspired to do something, there is no stopping me. I can’t dance. I still do dance, but it’s more of an uncoordinated flailing. I hate feet. I’m an organ donor, but not my eyes. I’ve got this thing about my eyes seeing someone else’s life. If someone cries on the TV, I will more than likely well up a little myself. I didn’t get to say good bye to my Grandad before he died. That is my biggest regret. I am ridiculously clumsy. I will trip, slip or fall on pretty much anything. So there you have it, that is me in a nutshell. Just so I don't feel like a complete odd bod, how about you leave a random fact about yourself in the comments, or tweet me it @nicoliiex Love Nicole x Share Mail Messenger Twitter Pinterest Linkedin Comments Daytona Louise reply / view replies (0) Sept. 9, 2016, 9:13 a.m. Hello! there are quite a lot of things on this list that whilst reading them i thought 'me too'. saddly, including number 49, to which i put my hands on m mouth and whispered 'me neither'. on another subject, number 2 is true for me too aha. i like this idea,i think i might do it,hope you don't mind. have a look at my page if you would like,i am new here. or find me on my instagram @lifewithanunusualname :) Your comment was successful.
