Hello everyone!

As you may know if you follow me on Instagram, I spent this week in Sagres for a last vacation before starting college, so expect some posts about that trip very soon. Speaking of college, I hope you got in what you wanted and wish you the best luck!

In this back to school week (or almost), I bring a post on organization and on how to always be organized.

I am a very organized person, sometimes a little too much, and I feel that this helps me a lot to have motivation and to be a more productive person.

For this reason I’ll give you 5 steps that cause me to be able to keep myself organized and I hope you can be inspired some way!

1. HAVE A PLANNER

Having a planner is the best advice I can give. I think I always carry one with me since the 7th grade because it helped me to remember all I had to do, such as homework and study, but later I started using it for almost everything in my life and it’s a great support to don’t forget anything in my day to day.

2. MAKE TO-DO LISTS

I have one of these notepads to make task lists and putting "check" when I finish, but you can do it in any kind of notebook or sheet of paper as long as you keep them close to you. These "To-do lists" are very useful not only to don’t forget all you have to do as it gives a great sense of productivity when you complete your tasks.

3. ORGANIZE THE WEEK IN THE WEEKEND BEFORE

This is a step that I've been doing for a long time! It's great to take some time of the weekend to see next week's appointments and obligations and organize our time so everything is easier.

4. KEEP YOUR WORK AREA CLEAN AND TIDY

In my case, I study always in my bedroom and more specifically on my desk, so I always try to keep this area clean and tidy in order to have more motivation to work!

5. GET RID OF WHAT YOU DON’T NEED

The last step works for me as a new beginning of school year/work, getting rid of everything I no longer need and that only takes up space, such as clothing or old school supplies, for example.

Hope you enjoyed!
