One face mask can't change your skin, but maybe two or tree can! this is the concept beneath the Multi-Masking trend out now. It's hard to target the need of our skin with one single etiquette because most of the times it is not a uniform canvas but has different and peculiar needs.

Personally, I have to struggle with a spotty chin and nose, dry cheeks and dull skin all over, rarely one single mask can fix all that. In this case, multiple masks come handy to rectify the situation.

Multi-Masking can be interpreted in two different senses:

  1. Pamper your skin with multiple full face mask treatments in a row. For example, first, a purifying mask than an hydrating one to balance the effects.
  2. Or, to save time, as the most popular trend is showing, slather on from two to three masks to treat different areas of the face.

Any way you like to have your Multi-Masking moment here's 3 DIY mask recipes that guarantee smooth, clear and hydrated skin.

Purifying Back Mask

Recipe

  • 1/2 tsp of black charcoal powder
  • 1/4 of kaolin clay
  • 1/2 tsp of honey
  • some drops of water to adjust the consistency

Mix all the ingredient together and apply where needed. For its strong purifying effect I like to apply this mask on the most problematic and oily areas.
