Ichiba Japanese Market Place serves authentic Japanese fresh food. Getting it from the market and serving to your table. It is the only Japanese Seafood Market and Japanese Food Hall in the Philippines.

Entering Ichiba, it really feels like you are in one of the market place in Japan. You will see live fishes, shrimp, and etc. that you can buy, and eat it there. They also have different stalls inside where they cook the different Japanese food such as Takoyaki, and Sushi.

The venue is good enough for groups who would like to try this market place. The place can be for friends, family, or just people who want to try this Japanese-like market. Ichiba is located at 2/F Newport Mall, Resorts World Manila, Pasay City.

The restaurant can approximately accommodate from small to big groups. Each table can accommodate to 6 to 8 persons.

I tried their Takoyaki and Futo Maki. Their Takoyaki was delicious but I hope it has more octopus inside. It was a little a bland compared to other takoyakis I have tried before. For their Futo Maki, it was also delicious. I like the taste of it. The Futo Maki has a rich taste and it  can be eaten even without the soysauce.

Service was good since they really paid attention to the needs of their customers. They were quick in going to our table and attending to our needs.

The Takoyaki was around Php100+ I think. Each serving has 6 takoyaki and was served in a paper boat like plate. Futo Maki was Php140 and has 5 rolls.

Having that price for the food was just right since the taste and service were good. I would love to try Ichiba again and order their other dishes.

Ichiba Japanese Market is located at Second Floor, Newport Mall, Resorts World Manila, Newport City, Pasay City. The restaurant is open from 11 am to 12 midnight.
