"There can be no friendship without confidence and no confidence without integrity." ~ Samuel Johnson.

What is integrity? Defined as; adherence to moral and ethical principles, honesty, the state of being whole of perfect condition, unimpaired.

Integrity is keeping your word. Putting your money where your mouth is. Taking action.

We often make commitments to ourselves and those closest to us that we fail to keep.

While we are careful with our word in business and with those more distant; often our nearest and dearest, as well as those promises made to ourselves are broken.

Prioritize keeping promises to yourself.

Hold yourself to your word.

Are you taking care of you?

Are you putting into practice the things you said you would?
Do you let it slide to the bottom of the list?

Do you procrastinate?

Tell yourself you don't have time?

We can find a thousand excuses for not doing the things we say we will.

Not meeting goals.

Not following rules you have made yourself.

Resistance. Or integrity with self.

Commit to you, to self.

Hold yourself in a little higher esteem, hold yourself accountable.

Be honest with yourself.

Be your own best friend.
