A blind person must often rely on a sighted person to describe certain things to them.  They understand that there are things that exist even though they cannot see or touch them.  To some, the entire world must seem invisible.

Colossians 1:16 tells us “because in him were the all things created, those in the heavens, and those upon the earth, those visible, and those invisible, whether thrones, whether lordships, whether principalities, whether authorities; all things through him, and for him, have been created.” (Young’s)

This verse tells us the obvious that I hope we already know.  God created everything.  If it exists, He created it.  One part however, stands out for me.  He made both the visible and the invisible.  This confirms that there are things that we cannot see.  We cannot say angels and demons do not exist because we cannot see them.  Just because we cannot see God or heaven does not mean they do not exist.     There is an entire world out there that is invisible to us.  The invisible spiritual world is just as real as, if not more real than the visible physical world in which we now live.
