Lt's take a look at the top scorers by position in the NFL. Quarterback: Colin Kaepernick of the San Francisco 49ers was the highest scoring quarterback in Week 12 with 34.72 fantasy points. Kaepernick threw for 296 yards and 3 touchdowns while also running the football 10 times for 113 yards. Kaepernick did throw an interception and was sacked 2 times. Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints took the 2nd spot for the week with 33.55 fantasy points. Brees threw for 310 yards and 4 touchdowns while running the football 1 time for 1 yard. Brees did lose a fumble and was sacked 2 times. Kirk Cousins of the Washington Redskins grabs the 3rd spot for the week with 28.43 fantasy points. Cousins threw for 449 yards and 3 touchdowns while running the football 1 time for 2 yards. Ryan Tannehill of the Miami Dolphins finished 4th for the week with 27.60 fantasy points. Tannehill threw for 285 yards and 3 touchdowns while running the football 6 times for 34 yards. Tannehill was sacked 2 times. Trevor Siemian of the Denver Broncos takes the final spot on our list with 26.41 fantasy points. Siemian threw for 368 yards and 3 touchdowns while running the football 5 times for 23 yards. Siemian was sacked 5 times. It may have been a rough week for you if you started Sam Bradford of the Minnesota Vikings at quarterback. Bradford managed just 2.48 fantasy points in Week 12. Bradford threw for 224 yards and was intercepted 1 time. Running Back: LeSean McCoy of the Buffalo Bills was the top scoring running back for the week with 33.65 fantasy points. McCoy carried the football 19 times for 103 yards and scored 2 touchdowns. McCoy also caught 2 passes for 31 yards and converted a 2-point conversion. Mark Ingram of the New Orleans Saints took the 2nd spot for the week with 32.95 fantasy points. Ingram carried the football 14 times for 146 yards and a touchdown. Ingram also caught 1 pass for 21 yards and a receiving touchdown. David Johnson of the Arizona Cardinals finished 3rd for the week with 31.60 fantasy points. Johnson ran the football 13 times for 58 yards. Johnson also caught 8 passes for 103 yards and a touchdown. Ezekiel Elliott of the Dallas Cowboys took the 4th spot for the week with 30.50 fantasy points. Elliott carried the football 20 times for 97 yards and 2 touchdowns. Elliott also caught 2 passes for 23 yards. Le'Veon Bell of the Pittsburgh Steelers grab the final spot on our list with 28.95 fantasy points. Bell ran the football 23 times for 120 yards and a touchdown. Bell also caught 4 passes for 22 yards. It was a tough week for Ty Montgomery of the Green Bay Packers. Montgomery who was recently moved to the running back in most fantasy leagues spot managed just 3.51 fantasy points in Week 12. Montgomery carried the football 1 time for 2 yards. Montgomery had 2 receptions for 12 yards and added 18 return yards. Wide Receiver: Tyreek Hill of the Kansas City Chiefs was the top scoring receiver in Week 12 with 32.78 fantasy points. Hill caught 9 passes for 52 yards and a touchdown. Hill carried the football 1 time for 3 yards and that went for a touchdown as well. Add to it Hill racked up 114 return yards and a 3rd touchdown on the week. Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers took the 2nd spot on our list with 30.85 fantasy points. Brown caught 5 passes for 91 yards and 3 touchdowns. Michael Thomas of the New Orleans Saints finished 3rd for the week with 29.80 fantasy points. Thomas caught 9 passes for 108 yards and 2 touchdowns. Mike Evans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers takes the 4th spot on our list with 28.65 fantasy points. Evans caught 8 passes for 104 yards and 2 touchdowns. Emmanuel Sanders of the Denver Broncos grabs the last spot on our list with 27.70 fantasy points. Sanders caught 7 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown. It was a down week for Sterling Shepard of the New York Giants. Shepard didn't have a reception in Week 12, but did run the football 1 time for 22 yards. Shepard put up just 2.45 fantasy points for the week. Tight End: Jordan Reed of the Washington Redskins was the top scoring tight end for Week 12 with 29 fantasy points. Reed caught 10 passes for 95 yards and scored 2 touchdowns. Tyler Eifert of the Cincinnati Bengals was 2nd for the week with 16.55 fantasy points. Eifert caught 5 passes for 68 yards and a touchdown. Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs took the 3rd spot for the week with 16.35 fantasy points. Kelce caught 8 passes for 101 yards. Lance Kendricks of the Los Angeles Rams comes in 4th for the week with 15.35 fantasy points. Kendricks caught 4 passes for 51 yards and a touchdown. The final spot on our tight end list goes to Dion Sims of the Miami Dolphins. Sims scored 14.30 fantasy points by catching 4 passes for 53 yards and scoring a touchdown. Week 12 was tough on Gary Barnidge of the Cleveland Browns who managed just 1.85 fantasy points. Barnidge caught just 1 pass for 11 yards in Week 12. Defense/ Special Teams: The New York Giants took the top spot with 29.47 fantasy points, New York gave up just 10 points, had 7 sacks, 3 fumble recoveries and a defensive touchdown. The Giants also added 93 return yards. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers took the 2nd spot with 26.10 fantasy points. The Buccaneers gave up just 3 points, had 6 sacks, 2 interceptions and a fumble recovery. Tampa Bay also had 90 return yards. The Kansas City Chiefs finished 3rd for the week with 22.45 fantasy points. The Chiefs gave up 27 points, but had 5 sacks, a safety and a fumble recovery. Kansas City also had 155 return yards and a return touchdown. The Baltimore Ravens finished 4th for the week with 17.23 fantasy points. The Ravens gave up 12 points while getting 3 sacks and recovering 2 fumbles. Baltimore added 112 return yards. The San Diego Chargers take the final spot for Week 12 with 15.73 fantasy points. The Chargers gave up 13 points and had 1 sack, 3 interceptions and a fumble recovery. San Diego also had 37 return yards. It wasn't the week to use the Washington Redskins Defense/Special teams. Washington put up -1 fantasy points for Week 12. The Redskins gave up 31 points, but did have 1 sack. Kickers: Justin Tucker of the Baltimore Ravens had 22 fantasy points to lead all kickers for the week. Matt Prater of the Detroit Lions finished 2nd with 12 fantasy points. Brandon McManus of the Denver Broncos took the 3rd spot with 11.25 fantasy points, Caleb Sturgis of the Philadelphia Eagles and Stephen Gostkowski of the New England Patriots tied for 4th with 11 fantasy points. It was Robbie Gould of the New York Giants and Adam Vinatieri of the Indianapolis Colts who didn't get many chances to kick and scored just 1 fantasy point in Week 12. There you go I hope you had enough players on this list to get a Week 12 win. Like I've done all season I used the scoring system from my 20-team Yahoo league.
