It’s long run day Eve, so today’s run was nice and easy. The 80+ degree weather and 90% humidity weren’t helpful. I decided to head to the lake, but instead of running around the lake trail, I ran on the surrounding road and entered the lake trail at an alternate entry point. I will probably incorporate this route into my routine because it ended up being about 3.5 miles. When I run the lake trail is only 2.25 around so I end up going around another half trip. I typically don’t do a lot of road work, not because I hate it but because I’m fearful of the drivers around here. Lol. Got  through the run without incident. #winning. 3.5 miles @ 9’12” pace
