So I am not sure if everyone has heard of this new song Katy Perry has put out, but I love it! something about the meaning and what it stands for all makes sense to me and to be honest it makes for a great workout song as well! I know this seems a bit out of the box when it comes to fitness and health, but if you think about it, we all like good music when we are working up a sweat and so I think every once in a while, I will share some playlist songs or one song at a time and kind of explain why I like it and get your opinions on it. For starters this song was used for the Rio Olympics 2016, used for political reasons and gets radio attention as well (obviously) but the more places I go, I seem to always hear this song play at least once.  I am not a Katy Perry fanatic but I do enjoy most of her songs and she has put out a couple of songs that have a positive outlook and really bring out some type of emotions. I feel as though this song really can make one whom is about to give up push on further and harder, I think the meaning behind it is obvious; basically her singing about going against the odds even when you don't think you can make it- you will. Nonetheless, if you have yet to listen to this song, I would highly recommend listening to it at least once, it may not be everyone's cup of tea but figured I would share it anyhow in case someone needs more songs to add to their playlist. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
