Hello there beautiful people! If you want to learn why technology breaks are important and how to implement one, then just keep on reading.

Why are they important?

We live in the 21st century, therefore most of us either have a phone and only use it when necessary or stay on it way too much, scrolling down our feed and wasting our time. There is something I noticed a while ago. Even when I hang out with bigger groups of people, they still stay glued to their phones, and that leads me to doing the same, just because I literally can't talk to them because they're not paying any attention. So if you're one of those people, bare with me. I'll try to get you through this.

How can you implement one?

Well, there are many ways you can get to action. Here are some of them:

  1. Only keep necessary apps on your phone: I will soon be writing an article on what apps I use to make my phone useful and non time consuming. These apps include your basic budget app, your workout app, notes, journal, planner (if you use a digital one), etc.
  2. Socialize with people: As I said before, I hate it when I'm hanging out with someone and they're still on their phone. Please don't be that person. Spark up a conversation, try these conversation starters.
  3. Do something else with your hands: Grab a book, clean something, cook, de-clutter, there are so many things you can do instead of scrolling through you Facebook feed. Life is more important that what your high-school friends are posting on Facebook.
  4. Delete apps: This goes hand-in-hand with the first step. Delete the apps you're wasting most of your time on and don't give yourself permission to install them again. Yes, it does work.
  5. Do something with your life: When you live a fulfilling life you will find that you're wasting less time on your phone. Why? Because you're learning to be connected in real life, not on social media.

Well well, that's it guys. I hope you find these tips helpful whatsoever.

Until next time, chillax.
