I was hanging laundry out the other day and I noticed an ant running along the clothes line.  As I continued to watch I noticed there was quite a few ants running in both directions.  Two questions came to mind.  How did they get up to the clothes line and where were they going?

I have seen many people over the years, including myself, saying the same thing to themselves.  How did I get here and where am I going?  In today fast paced society it’s easy to get distracted and off track.  If you don’t notice those unfamiliar surrounding in life early, before you know it you don’t know where you are or where you thought you were going.

So how do we avoid getting into that situation.  Psalms 119:105 says, “Your word is a lamp to my feet, And a light to my path.” (NKJV)  If we allow God’s word to guide us and continually look to the light He shines on our path, we will never find ourselves looking around wondering ‘where am I and where am I going.’
