mAadhar App Review

After using it for a while, I can say that it requires a lot of improvements and it's insufficient. By installing the app on your Android and iOS smartphones, you can save your D.O.B, Address, Name, Unique number, ID card, QR code (It lets people scan your Aadhar card) and more.

As the official contains security, which allows you to unlock and lock your biometric data and you can also change the status. Locking and unlocking the biometrics isn't a bigger issue via the website but having it in your palms makes things easier.

#1 Download & Install mAadhar App

The process is straightforward, and even if you are not a tech savvy person, you can still be able to go through all of the steps quickly.

Step 1: Go the play store and download the official version of mAadhar. (Remember, there are too many fake apps on the play store, so download the app released by the UIDAI.)

Step 2: Once the Installation is completed, launch the app, and you will have guidelines, which you have to read to proceed.

Step 3: You have to type in your Aadhar card number. The unique number is always on the card so that you can check for it.

Note: You must download the app on your registered mobile number. The Aadhar card won't be able to proceed if your mobile number is not registered with the official UIDAI Aadhar card.

Step 4: Keep your smartphone close to you because you are about to receive a message with OTP to verify the person. The app will automatically authenticate itself once the text is received.

Note: The SMS-service is extremely bad and you have to wait for minutes (It took me nine minutes.) for the OTP message to arrive, and some smartphone will face crashes as well.

Step 5: You can either add a Biometric access or set a password, either way, you will be able to see your Aadhar card after the OTP verification.

Step 6: You can access the QR Code, which will help you identify yourself on various locations which supports QR Code security.

Remember, the app is limited, and there is always room for improvements. Also, there are tons of apps available related to the mAadhar, Stay away from them.
