Did you ever hear of Milchmädchen? We read it’s a fairytale where a woman gets milk and offers it… but here its not!

This is a yummy and actually really quickly to prepare dessert!

Milchmädchen is one of the ingredients in this yummy sweet.

We sometimes get friends or family who visit and then we don’t always have much time to prepare something to eat. But still we want soulfood which everyone remembers! So we looked for a recipe which is easy and quick to do and a dessert which is yummy…and here it is.

Everyone loves it!



You need:

One can sweet condensed milk (Milchmädchen)

500 g low-fat curd

300 g cheese cream

2 packages of mini profiteroles/windbags

raspberries or berries of choice

optional: fresh mint or pistachio


What to do:

  1. Spread the frozen mini windbags in a baking dish or a flat bowl
  2. Mix the condensed milk, cream cheese and low-fat curd together and spread it over the windbags
  3. Put the berries on top
  4. Optional: Decorate with fresh mint or pistachio

Ready to serve!
