I think it's fair to say that November was an intense month for many of us. With everything going on, one of my goals was simply to stay calm and focused. I thought about some of the things that were making me motivated and happy lately, and so here is some of my favorite stuff from November!

TECH

Argus - Mobile App

While browsing for a new app that helped to track goals, I stumbled across this one by Argus. It's essentially an all-in-one wellness app that includes a step counter, meal/calorie tracker, workout plans and water intake reminders (my favorite). Most of the features are free, but for $30 /year you can go premium and unlock the many workout plans that you can tailor to your needs based on type, time and environment.

Two Dots - Mobile Game

Even though I've been playing this puzzle game on and off since it was released, I've found myself really getting back into it last month. With a balance of engaging yet meditative qualities, this game is as addictive as it is stress-relieving. Plus, it's free with new level packs added frequently so you'll always have something new to do.

MEDIA

Mass Effect Andromeda Trailer

On November 7th (aka N7 Day), Bioware released the new trailer for Mass Effect Andromeda and it looks freaking fantastic. While the game takes place in the same universe at the previous trilogy, it will have all new characters and storyline. The trailer itself is action-packed and cinematic with stunning graphics. March 2017 cannot be here soon enough!

Suicide Squad: The Album

I listened to this album probably the most last month, and you've also probably heard at least one of the songs already (like the hit Heathens by  twenty one pilots). It has music from various artists, with a good range and blend of different genres like electronic, pop rock and hip-hop. If you're looking for a high-energy playlist for your day, I recommend this!

MERCHANDISE

Fallout Tee

I love this t-shirt. Like many things, I found it at Target (Men's department). It features a bold, large graphic of the Vault Boy mascot, so if you don't think it's obvious enough to the world already that you love Fallout, this tee will definitely change that (unless the people you're with don't know what Fallout is, in which case you'll have to explain why there's a giant cartoon boy giving a 'thumbs up' on the front of your adult body).

So those are some of my highlights from November! What's been making you happy lately?
