Preparing the night before is, actually, a hack itself. But we’re going to take it to the next level. In this article I’ll be teaching you some ways you could prepare for the day ahead, from the night before.

1. Pack your bag:Always make sure to pack tomorrow’s necessities, the night before. This way you’ll make sure to never forget anything. The must-haves are your keys, wallet, phone, planner/agenda. 2.Set the alarm: For some people, the sunlight is enough to wake them up. But for most of us, mornings are a struggle. To get a good night’s sleep, it’s best to sleep for at least 8 hours. If that is still not enough for you, aim for 9 to 10 hours of sleep. Whatever works best for you. If hitting snooze is one of your morning habits, let go of it by placing your phone far away from your bed. Been there, done that, it works.

3. Check the planner: Wether you have a paper planner or a digital planner (I’ll get to that in another article), you just need to simply have an idea, on paper, about how tomorrow is going to go. And this gets me to the next step;

4. Visualize: I can not stress this enough. It’s so important to kind of know how the next day will go along. At what time you’ll wake up, what you’re going to eat, who you will meet up with, what are the most important tasks, the less important, when you have alone time, etc. All that stuff has to be set in your mind before the day even begins.

5. Motivation & Inspiration: These two go together and they truly are important when you’re preparing for the day ahead. Be motivated to do whatever you want and love to do, and inspire others to do the same.

And last but not least, relax. The next day is going to be just fine.
