Sims, Sims, Sims... I love the Sims games. Top 5 games for sure. The other day I decided to play for the first time in months, but I needed to login into Origins. Okay, whatever no big deal... Except my password expired and the email attached to it has been disconnected (it was my college email). Alright fine my fault so I go online to find a phone number to call and see if there is anything I can do. The only option I get is for chat help. Okay, fine. I wait about 5-10 minutes before I get a rep. I spent more time waiting for this rep to type back then actually getting help! It was a solid 3-5 in between each response.

After the rep finally tells me I need to call in for help because he says he can't help me I asked for the number. APPARENTLY if you are in the United States they have to call you so he set up a call back time I gave him my number and he said:

Rep: Thanks.
Rep: Please allow me some time to arrange call back for you from my end for you.
Me: ok
Rep: Thanks for waiting.
Rep: I have arranged the call back.
Rep: You will get the call back within 2 minutes after this chat session. 

So we end the chat and guess what no phone call! I thought okay maybe its because its after 11 P.M. on the east coast, but he could have said it will have to be tomorrow. So I wait the next day and still never got a damn call.

This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I wasted over 40  minutes for nothing! 

I expected better from such a well known company!
