Don't you always wish you could just go and spoil yourself at spa and go all out, but the problem is, it can be too expensive and out of one's monthly budget. Luckily, there are many ways that you can pamper yourself and it requires you being comfortable in the your own personal space.

Here are five inexpensive ways to pamper yourself at home:

Aromatherapy Bath: Take a relaxing and soothing bath that soaks and rejuvenates the skin. Simply add bubble bath and some essential oils preferably lavender drops to your bath water, the lavender oil will help relax your body. To make the aromatherapy bath more relaxing add some ambience music in the background and create a candle-lit atmosphere.

Face mask: While enjoying a moment in your aromatherapy bath try a face mask to cleanse and hydrate your face. You can make it with ingredients from your kitchen cupboard, just add egg white from one egg and add two spoons of plain yoghurt blend it until the mixture comes together, leave the face mask on your face for 10 - 15 mins. Then wash it off and pat dry with a clean face cloth or some tissue.

Foot scrub and pedicure: Soak your feet in a warm water and add a foot scrub (salt sea works perfectly!) in while you're soaking your feet in the water. Soak your feet for 10- 20 minutes and while you busy soaking your feet read a book and sip on a cup of hot chocolate or tea to calm the body.

Body massage: Create your own massage oil by mixing some olive oil, lavender oil and coconut oil to use and massage it all over your body. This will help relax the muscles and allow blood circulation around the body. You can even add some drops of the oils into your everyday moisturiser to keep the skin hydrated at all times.

Meditate: For a quick pick-me-up moment spend at least 30 minutes alone in an open and quiet area. Breathe in deeply and consciously, taking note of your surroundings and enjoy the moment, unplug from the world and engage with it instead.

I hope these simple yet very relaxing and enjoyable ways keep you pampered and rested. Have a lovely weekend? If you try some of these ideas, let me know how they worked for you.
