Hey pixels!! Today’s recipe is perfect for a picnic or a pool party. At the beach… Or at home. Or at your office. It’s in a jar, so you can take it with you anywhere.

Now I’m making more cold recipes, more are coming soon, my pixels. It’s really hot here, temperatures are too high for me….😦

Ingredients (serve 3):

  • 2 cups pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tomatos
  • vegan surimi
  • vegan maio


Boil pasta and eggs. Allow to cool.

Cube tomatos and surimi.

When pasta and eggs are cool, cube both eggs. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or put them in layers in jars. It’s up to you, my pixels.

Note: you can use your favourite ingredients. Feel free to change the recipe!!
