It's that wonderful time of the month where I get to remind you all of the wonderful best friend that 1 in 10 women in the United States have...Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome! Do I hear cheers from the crowd?? No?...Oh...No I wouldn't think so because it's the down low. 

-1 in 10 woman in the United states have it and that means way more women have it in the world than that. 

-Woman with PCOS are more likely to get Cervical Cancer and Ovarian Cancer

-Women with PCOS are less likely to be able to get pregnant due to the fact that women with PCOS do not ovulate regularly, and due to the fact that they have tiny little pearly like cysts all over their ovaries.

-Women with PCOS are more likely to be over weight, get acne, have excess hair, mood swings, get boils (in lovely places...), Crave carbs and sweets and be hungry all the time.

-Women with PCOS have Super LOW Estrogen, HIGH Testosterone, and HIGH INSULIN

-Women with PCOS are at a higher risk to get Pre Diabetes and Diabetes

Ladies and Gentlemen PCOS is a pain in the butt, but it is definitely manageable once you  figure out how to live with it. It can cause issues in relationships, and it can cause issues in daily living if you don't know how to manage it.
